    aromatica uses your information for the limited purpose of processing your order and we will not share your private information with anyone except where it is part of providing a service to you such as sending your order via EMS. We use your email address to confirm your order and to keep you informed of the progress of your order.

    We may occasionally update you on our latest products, news and special offers via e-mail. If you register your e-mail with us for any new update, your e-mail address will be kept safe on our database and it will never be disclosed to any third parties except where it is part of providing a delivery service to you.

  • How to order

      aromatica currently delivers to all countries via EMS(Express Mail Service) by Korea Post.  And you can track your EMS item on the tracking service page.

    Free shipping when purchased USD 50 or more for selected countries. Free shipping when purchased USD 70 or more for the rest of countries.  For orders under $50 or 70, the client pays the actual shipping cost, which will vary by country.

    Selected countries: China, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand, Taiwan, Laos, Macao, Malaysia, Mongolia, Myanmar, Cambodia.

    Orders are usually dispatched within 24 to 48 hours though it may take longer in certain circumstances. If a product you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you immediately. It will take approximately 7-10 working days and allow up to 14 working days for delivery.

    – CLIENTS SHOULD CHECK THE CUSTOMS CLEARANCE AND COVER ALL EXPENSES.

  • Payment

    aromatica will offer you a refund on unopened items reported to us within 7 days of receipt and returned to us within 21 days of receipt. They should be in their original re-salable condition.

     Return can be requested by e-mail only and the following information should be included. (email: contact@aromatica.co.kr)

     – Order number

     – Name or ID

     – Reasons for return

     – Paypal account

     After requesting returns, please send items to us. The address for returns is:

    – #507, 177, Sagimakgol-ro, Jungwon-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea.

    Wrap items securely in the same or similar packaging in which you received. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us and aromatica is not liable for lost returned parcels.

    All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. For reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds on any opened or used items unless they are faulty. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund has been processed. Your refund will be made by the original or agreed payment method within 14 days after we have received the goods. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded. If you received a free gift, the free gift must be returned or its value will be deducted from your refund.

    – NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: Sales items or samples cannot be returned.

    Defected or damaged items should be reported within 7 days of receipt for refunds. aromatica pays all cost for returning defected or damaged items after internal review. aromatica reserves the right to monitor customer cancellations or returns, and charge administration fees, payment processing fees and refuse returns if a customer is repeatedly found to be buying and returning goods.

    Currently, we do not offer product exchanges in any   case. Should you wish to exchange items, please follow our returns procedure stated above and re-order items you want to have.

    – WITHOUT EXCEPTION WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON OPENED OR USED ITEMS.

    Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping basket. Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order will be in a "Order Confirmed" status. The only time that you can cancel or modify your order is during "Order Confirmed" status. Once your order enters the shipping process by being "Processing", no further changes can be made.
