Wholesale Policy

Ordering:

The minimum wholesale order amount is USD 1,000 and it will be increased depending on customer grade. Initial order & test order amount is the same. All products & pricing are subject to change and seasonal availability. aromatica does not take the responsibility of any requested order confirmations.

Payment:

We accept all major debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), cash transfer. All payments will be collected at the time of purchase (100% advance payment) and must be made in US dollars.

Discounts:

At times, we will promote items for a percentage off to our wholesale customers and discount rate will be changed depending on customer grade. Coupon codes for these offers can be used by a wholesale customer.

Lead Time:

Wholesale orders may take 3-5 weeks depending on the size of your order. Lead time is subject to change with seasonal issue and stock availability.

Delivery:

Packages will be sent at the air rate established by EMS (Express Mail Service) by Korea Post. Wholesale accounts do not qualify for free shipping or reduced shipping charge. Any duties, taxes or other customer feeds for international orders are responsibility of the wholesale customer.

Cancellations:

Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping basket. Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order will be in a " Queued for Payment” (paid by cash transfer) or “Pending” (paid by debit/credit card) status. The only time that you can cancel or modify your order is during "Queued for Payment” or “Pending" status. Once your order enters the shipping process by being "In Progress", no further changes can be made.

Order Changes:

Due to processing time & inventory availability, we cannot honor change requests to orders after purchase. Please make sure to carefully review your order before submitting it.

Returns/Exchanges:

ALL WHOLESALE ORDERS ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

Damaged Items/Order Errors:

Though each product is inspected for quality assurance before shipping, it is possible to receive a damaged item. In addition, due to human error, order mistakes are possible. For these reasons, it is important to open & inspect your items as soon as you receive them.

Please notify us within 2-3 business days of receiving your package if there is anything wrong with your order. We cannot honor changes outside of the time frames, as stated within our policies.

Damaged Replacements:

Once we have been notified of any damaged items you have received, we will work with you to get them corrected. Please note: we cannot extend any discounts to you if you should decide to sell damaged items at a discount.

Selling our Items:

aromatica products may not be sold or advertised on any website for less than the prices listed on our website. Discounts for sale under retail are only allowed if the stock remains post-season aromatica products cannot be re-sold to other wholesalers for retail purposes & cannot be sold online or in-store to wholesale or discount outlets.

Private Label:

All Items purchased from aromatica are under trademark protection & must display the aromatica name. Under no circumstances may you sell aromatica products under any other name, or reproduce products under this trademark.

Multiple Shipping Addresses:

We only ship to the shipping address provided & cannot ship to multiple addresses. If you would like your order shipped to various addresses, please place one order for each shipping address.

Lost/Damaged by Post Office:

We are not responsible for any errors made by the Post Office. However, if your package has not arrived within 4 weeks of receiving your shipping notification email please contact us & we will provide directions on how to file a claim with EMS.

Intellectual Property:

Except where otherwise explicitly noted, the entire contents of this publication and of all documents included are prohibited without permission. Under national and international copyright laws, this publication may not be copied, in whole or in part, without the prior permission of the copyright holder. Wholesale customers are required to update latest version of the entire contents.

Any and all e-commerce-related lawsuits shall be governed by the law of the Republic of Korea.
