    Yes we do. You can enjoy free shipping when you purchase above $50 for selected countries and when you purchase above $70 for the rest of countries. Smaller orders incur a delivery fee which will vary by country.

    China, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand, Taiwan, Laos,  Macao, Malaysia, Mongolia, Myanmar, Cambodia.

    Our skin responds sensitively to seasonal factors, so cosmetics that we use every day could not work well for our skin by environmental or seasonal factors. If your face looks cakey after applying sunscreen or it makes your dead skin cells stand out, we can give you some tips to alleviate these signs.

    • Strengthens basic skincare lines: please apply a sunscreen after fully absorbing the basic skincare products such as toner, emulsion, moisturizer with patting motion.
    • Blends with facial oils: you can use sunscreen with 1~2 drops of facial oils.
    • Removes dead skin cells: Using exfoliation product once a week is a good way to make your skin look soft.
    • Please remember that you need to apply a sunscreen with patting motion!

    We include as much information as possible about a product on each product description page. Detailed information like ingredients can be found clicking on the relevant icon. If you need more detailed information, please contact us via email quoting the product name and reference.

    We process a return with 3 working days of receipt of your return. We will email you confirmation of a refund. If it has been more than 3 working days since we should have received your return, please contact us

    If an item you ordered is damaged, incorrect or missing, please contact us immediately and let us know your order number, your name, details of the problem and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed. Damages, defects, missing items or any errors not reported within 7 days of receipt will not be accepted for return. We will make arrangements for a replacement to be delivered free of charge. You will be asked to send back the damaged or wrong item in its original packaging, so please retain the goods.

    • If you are returning an item or items to us for a refund, then the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
    • If the item you received is not what you originally ordered or an item is still missing, please contact us and we will advise on how to return or received the correct items free of charge.
