Yes we do. You can enjoy free shipping when you purchase above $50 for selected countries and when you purchase above $70 for the rest of countries. Smaller orders incur a delivery fee which will vary by country.

Our skin responds sensitively to seasonal factors, so cosmetics that we use every day could not work well for our skin by environmental or seasonal factors. If your face looks cakey after applying sunscreen or it makes your dead skin cells stand out, we can give you some tips to alleviate these signs.
Unfortunately, we cannot advise you in advance of a reduced product or reimburse you the difference after you have placed an order.
We always try to provide you fresh products manufactured within 6 months. And the shelf life is different by each product and usually it’s between 6 to 12 months from opening.
We include as much information as possible about a product on each product description page. Detailed information like ingredients can be found clicking on the relevant icon. If you need more detailed information, please contact us via email quoting the product name and reference.
If you purchase any items on our website, we send you some samples with your order. We are unable to send you samples separately from an order.
If you think you have been refunded the wrong amount, please contact us quoting your order number and the required refund amount. Delivery charges are non-refundable, so you will be refunded the full value of the items returned.
Your payment for the goods will be refunded by aromatica as soon as possible by the original or agreed payment method, no later than 14 working days after we have received the goods.
We process a return with 3 working days of receipt of your return. We will email you confirmation of a refund. If it has been more than 3 working days since we should have received your return, please contact us
If an item you ordered is damaged, incorrect or missing, please contact us immediately and let us know your order number, your name, details of the problem and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed. Damages, defects, missing items or any errors not reported within 7 days of receipt will not be accepted for return. We will make arrangements for a replacement to be delivered free of charge. You will be asked to send back the damaged or wrong item in its original packaging, so please retain the goods.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.

aromatica will refund on unopened items returned to us within 21 days of receipt provided they are in their original resalable condition.
